ol bass boat needs to be fixed up,would like to redeck it,got any insight on how to do this??any help sites anyone else have found?thanks

I ripped up the old, cut pieces of 3/4" ply to match. I then got the Bondo brand fiberglass resin and cloth from Home Depot. I used a layer or two of the fiberglass cloth in high stress areas such as around hatches and seat pole holes. Coated the whole thing with the resin, both sides and edges. Covered with carpet (contact cement and outdoor carpet glue). Screwed in the decks with stainless hardware.

All in all it was very labor intensive, but realitively easy as far as skill level.
