They were out dragging the bottom and had a diver in the water at 5:00 PM today. They were Southwest of the islands.

I imagine some fisherman will find him, Sad for whoever does but keep your eyes open, it will bring closure to the family.

One of my neighbors (and also fellow bass fisherman/tournament angler) out here in Georgia is a deputy in the Bartow County Sheriff's department. He told me they have the Sidefinder on the County boat and have found several bodies in Lake Allatoona following drowning reports. He told me it is very obvious on the imaging.

Kayaks, Canoes, if you paddle in water that you cannot wade in... WEAR A PFD AT ALL TIMES!!! My thoughts and prayers go out to the family, God Bless.

Nothing yet. The guys are putting in a heck of a effort. For those that are curious they have side imaging and are using it. It is not nearly as effective on windy days.
