I heard a rumor that there was going to be some new restrictions
on fishing on lake lewisville in the fall of 08!
No more poaching from Fort Worth
No More Keeping all the fish you catch from the guy in the white bay liner,
No more following boats around the lake in a attempt to see if the other guy has any idea were the fish are.
No more fishing in another persons boat from your own boat.
No more people drunk allowed to load and unload boats!
This is what I heard today from a Senior Officail from the
Corp of Engineers. I thought it was pretty funny.

That would be like a light dose of chemo to a cancer patient but still falls short of a cure and not near enough to get me back up the road to a Lewisville ramp. Nice lake but not worth the hassle for me personaly.

Well, as long as they don't put a rule in about fat guys in little boats fishin humps in the middle of the boat lane then I'm good with it all!!!

A.M. or P.M., Jack told me you kicked some hiney the other day. I'll have to check with the War Dept.  Looks like Sunday will be out due to winds. Were you guys using live shad, or throwing something? Or both?

I like Lewisville Lake, but i usally get off the lake by the time all the drunks come out to play.

Ended up going to the Vine with my grandson instead fishing for kittys. I knew I had a better chance of getting him on some fish with kittys. He got a 20#er  and an 8# blue  . He's still grinning. I posted pics in the catfish section. We both had a blast.
