I've personally caught Commons, Smallmouth Buffalo, White Amur, Channel Catfish, Blue Catfish, Bluegill, Green Sunfish, Redbreast Sunfish, and Largemouth Bass.
Plenty of Freshwater Drum in there as well, and there are of course White Bass, plus we've seen some Hybrids or Stripers break the surface plenty of times, probably coming downstream from one of the upper lakes since they haven't stocked Austin in a while.
I really keep hoping to see a Grey Redhorse landed! Preferably by me, hehe. Forgive the ignorance...what is a Grey Redhorse?

You also spodded that mysterious white goo that time at RedBud. Whats your deal with baiting out odd foods?

Mark - Generally, it has something to do with being drunk, and thinking it sounds like a funny idea...hehehe.
But I'm not the one who always brings the weird foods with the intent to spod/bait them...that would be Bret hehe.
That dude is always putting some kind of leftover or rotten food into his method lmao. Not that it hasn't produced for us!

MinnesotaTex - A grey redhorse is a small member of the sucker family.
You're from MN right? You've probably seen or heard of redhorse before then, even if you haven't realized it.
They are generally a small, slender, torpedo shaped fish with a "sucker mouth."
Here's a page about one of the only Redhorse native to Texas:
