I've used this lure... and I love it. My duaghter (7 yrs. old)was actually able to catch her first bass on it. This thing really works well in the water, and puts off great vibration. Really a great lure. I've heard great things about Karl... and I've found out first hand Rudy is a hell of a guy too.

I purchased three of your vibra-spins and have managed to lose all but one. But I have caught fish on them and some larger fish at that. I wish you would come out with some smaller sizes if you haven't already... I caught several fish in the 3-4 pound range using your vibra-spin, prior to the cold front arriving. Brent Brent, The next generation of the "VibraSeries" is already in motion! We thought about the use of these, fishing from the bank, and we are going to make a lighter version. Rudy

...Well it looks like I'll need a second tackle box. I had everything packed into one large bag, albeit tight. My recent addition of about a dozen crank baits pushed me over the edge and if the VibraSpin folks come out with a lighter version - well you know how it goes. One box for soft plastics/rigging a second for hard-plastics and wire lures... I am tackle junkie. KaRu has really done a nice job on their colors. I had some great luck this summer with the Xtreme Bluegill before it found a willow tree in which to live... I need to place an order! Brent

Its almost Spring and we are getting ready for our annual trip down to Lake Fork for a little R&D. So have any of you been using our VibraSpin? I've heard reports of some nice fish being caught on them on Fork and I'm waiting on some pictures (Hint: Cameron) LOL

Looks like this lure is worth a try, but when I go to their site it is kind of funky. There is size 1 and size 2 to choose from. So is size 1 like a 5 oz., or perhaps a 1/16 oz.... I looked all around with nothing to tell me what size each one of these actually was. Anyone know what they refer by these sizes?

Taken from the website.
The VibraSpin will come in three distinct sizes.
* The first, size #1, is designed to fish over shallow weed and grass beds and can also be fished deeper (3'-4') by giving the lure the standard countdown prior to reeling. (Counting it down approximately one foot per second, and then beginning your retrieve).
* The second, size#2, design is a key lure for deeper presentations (4'-8'). This size is most likely to be used along deeper outside weed edges and submerged timber. Again using the standard countdown method to achieve these depth ranges.
Size #3 coming soon.
The VibraSpin can be slow rolled along the bottom or retrieved just under the surface. While running under the surface, the VibraSpin creates a wake and with a slight lift of your rod tip and dropping it back down causes the VibraSpin to create a brief gurgling effect triggering aggressive stikes.

I built one after I read about them last year. The first cast I caught a fish. Must have thrown it 5000 more times without a nibble. I still have the lure. I'm sure the new store bought ones work.

Just curious, can you get a patent on something that is already out there and you just put the components together in a different fashion? I've got a few contraptions, probably not as many as Flarin Tool has. My goodness that man is Einstien Van Dam.
