Does anyone know what happened to Chad? A buddy of mine ordered some of his catfish soap. The money was taken off of his card and a week later it was returned to his card. Is he still making or selling the soap? He has tried to call him and email him with no response. I was wondering if anyone here has heard anything.

I have returned all calls and emails, but had some phone messages where I could not get through because it was hard to understand the phone numbers.

We had to close for the winter because we ran out of bait. We had a huge wholesale order wipe out all we had, and it is just too hard to make bait when it is cold.

We are aiming to reopen here in a few weeks, hopefully we will get a good warm front by then.

Your buddy should have received an explanation folowing his refund. The payment system is not supposed to be accepting payments so we are working on getting that fixed, has been a problem off and on all winter.
