"Giant Salvinia Found on Lakes Palestine and Sam Rayburn" Kickapoo ramp closed. It has taken Toledo over in some spots on the north end. I guess the frost doesn't do much to kill it. Got to get it under control for sure. Keep the boat trailer clean for sure.

Rumor has it that's how it got in Sam Rayburn....on someone's trailer from Toledo. My friend said he saw a lot of it at Rayburn in Angelina last year. It's some baaaad stuff.

It's in Mid-Lake now on Rayburn.. The entire back end of Coleman is closed off with floating barriers..

Maybe they'll overstock grass carp in those lakes too like they've done in some other Tyler area lakes.
Grass carp are very sporting....with an arrow through them....they fight like hell!
