Now is a great time to go! I made it up yesterday and spent the whole day in Z3 catching fish. The crowds are very light to non existent and the weather has been great. There are small midges hatching in Z3 for certain, and probably up and down the river. Normally after the middle of February you should start to get the caddis and march browns hatching and that is a total blast. Look in the Fishin' Reports section of www.threeriversflyshop.com and my report is posted there on yesterday's trip. Good luck! eric
