Sometimes it's tough working down the street from the lake. Beautiful day and to-do list a mile long.
Anyone been out there recently? I am wondering if the white bass are still on the main lake humps or if they have moved into the creeks.

Oquinn, I think the strong winds have kept a lot of people off the lake. I have asked around and the people I know that live on the lake say that the fishing is very good when you can get out.

I was out there for 4 hrs. yesterday. Saw several on the bed. Water temp was mid 60s in several coves. Three legal fish with the best about 4 lbs.2-5 ft with plastics in watermelon/red worked.

I got 15 saturday fishing in the afternoon. All the fish were on a chart/blue back bandit 100 series fished around (dead) grass.
Doesn't look like the grass has come back in the same areas I was catching them last year (bass were still there though).
