I'm getting tired of buying pair after pair of $20 glasses. I get a couple weeks use out of them and throw them away. I'm always scratching them up just keeping them clean. I'm going to break down and buy a "real" pair. Any suggestions on what's worked well for you? My main concern is lense durability. (SCRATCH RESISTANCE) Who makes a pair that can handle LOT'S of cleaning? Thanks...gary

For a hundred bucks you can get the Bass pro brand. I have been using the pair I have for about 3 years now every day and have them now and they do not have any marks. I have drop them kicked them and just pretty much abused them and they are still going strong. I am in no way saying any other brands are not good.

Love Costa Del Mars. Reasonably priced and best glass I have ever worn.

Oakleys in whatever frame style suits you. Depending on the frame you can replace the lenses as needed.

Try the ones from H3O optics. Come with three interchangeable lenses and a couple different frame styles. I've used them for several years now.

I was doing the same thing...I bought enough cheap ones to pay for some good ones...just recently invested in some Maui Jims and love them....my eyes don't seem to be as strained after a day of fishing...

Oakley Monster Dogs have worked for me. Love them. I have had them for 3 years and no scratches yet.

loved my costa "fathoms" but the rubber on the frame disintigrates after a year of hard use..got some maui jim fishing wrap arounds (can't think of the name ) and freakin LOVE em very lightweight and awesome optics...remember all plastic lenses will scratch over time..if your looking for a deal on good glasses try www.campmor.com !! have bought several pair over the years..good service and sometimes great prices

Costas, Ocean Waves, Maui Jim, H3O, etc all make great polarized glasses, for fishing or otherwise!

Make sure you put a neck lanyard on 'em cuz watching $179.00 sink in 15 ft of water will bring a tear to your eye! fish
