I just finally updated the web page with all the details and I show quick little video as well showing all the things I did to it. Hope ya'll enjoy my video and the project documentation as a whole and if you would consider jumping over to youtube and giving it a few stars in rating, that would be cool too. Thats a great looking boat man. I bought a Johnboat from a guy in the Crappie section. He did alot of the same things you did. I love mine. I Call iot my poor mans bass boat.

Thanks for posting your project. I thoroughly enjoyed reading about it and seeing your ideas made into reality. I have a semi-v jon boat that I will probably trade when I retire in a couple of years and then do something similar with a flat-bottom.
