Has anyone caught anymore? I might go Fri afternoon, but i don't know what to use

i use salmon eggs and berkley trout bait. you can get both at academy. use a #10 treble hook with 6 lb line. i've only been once and didn't catch anything but talked to several people who are catching them and this, for the most part, is what they are using.

also academy sells a lure called Super Dooper which i understand works well out there.

I woulda followed them and got their liscense number and called the 1-800 number and reported the violation. that just ticks me off for people to do that.

they stocked today at trinity park with big trout. tough to catch em though. did end up with 3. largest 17 inches. two others around 16 inches. still a bunch there.not that many caught. the wind was blowing straight in my face . go getcha some

Hello Everyone:
Me an My son went today fished from 9am till about 2:30pn. My son managed to hook 5 fish but only brought 2 of them in. Lost the other three at the bank do to flopping. I would Advise if you fish with Light Line to make sure and have a Dip net or some kind of Net to get these fish. I managed to pull 2 trout out myself. I was amazed at the the quality of these Trout they put in. I would say are smallest trout was about 1 lb. and the biggest one I caught was close or over 2 lbs. nice Solid Fish. They are still in there just hard to get them to bite and Land those. If You know how to play with Trout should be no Problem at getting them..

Yes lures did work but you have to know how to work your lure and have Patience.
Benc72 they were put in at Trinity Park 2nd Dam area. Hope that helps.
I doubt I will get out again anytime soon. I Live in N. Dallas that was a long drive but worth it...

i am headed out to do some trouting here in a bit ... i will probably hit up trinity park first then go check out river park

water maybe HIGH from last nights rain...I would think some of them would move to the lower pools after today eh?? man..I went saturday and got a bunch of bites, but no hoookups...man..the bites were huge though not just baby bites...

i think i will go give trinity park a try here in a few and see if its any better river park was slowwww due to muddy water trinity park may be the same but oh well
