I was hunting in Forreston and could only see about 50 feet from fog. Ended up with a Bluebill and a teal drake. We didn't see a pintail there all year. Where out of Italy are you at?

It's south of Italy. I followed Mark in the fog so...I don't have clue really.

Nice Green-Wing. Got a lot of cinnamon brown on his head.

So what is your consensus the season overall? Up in Whitesboro area, it was pretty dismal. Right up till the last day, nothing more than a couple ducks per trip at most. I'm hearing that most people are saying is was a slow season. Was hoping with the tank filled up it would be an improvement but no such luck.

That fog was incredible yesterday! It was just below the freezing mark where we were so freezing fog and dew everywhere. Made for a slow trip to the blind.

This year was off for me, hunted Ray Bob all year had a few good trips but never saw the birds i usually do. I think all the water filled all the tanks and kept them off the big water. Went Sunday and Kicked' it for four hours waiting for the fog to lift, and of course it did at freaking 11:30. Oh well ended the season with two Gadwalls on a sucide mission. But oh well time to put the camo up and dust the rod and reels off and start chasing the fish.

I REALLY hate the redwings!!!!!

Sounds like you guys had the same kind season we did. Two years prior we slayed them every weekend but this year very few ducks. So few we only hunted our place one time. Looking forward to a better year next season.

i agree
where i hunt, i got probably 30 greenhead & teal last year, + couple of gadwalls.
could have got more , but didn't have anyone else to give them to.
i think with all the tanks filled, they can go everywhere.
