I think it would be a great idea to use my part of this money to invest in the future. I believe that a guided crappie fishing trip would be a great place to keep the money in the USA and learn some more about fishing.

Sounds good to me. I could use an extra 1800 any time!

Had this exact conversation last night with my money manager..aka my wife. A few minutes after we were talking about it while it was on the news she caught me with my Cabela's catalog... and said 'I guess that answers the question of what you're doing with yours!' I try not to be so predictable but it doesnt always work.

LOL, I brought up a trip to Millwood in AR this spring and "she who must be obeyed" countered with a family vacation in south Texas. Any good crappie fishin' in south Texas? Salwater is always an option...
Keep looking forward. That’s why windshields are larger than rear view mirrors.

Hate to be political but has anyone stopped to think where in the heck the gov is getting this money from? America is broke. But back to spending it I think I'll just plan a few fishing trips and save the rest. With gas as high as it is it won't take long to use a good chunk of it.
Its your story, tell it how you want.

I would rather them keep the money and just stop spending so much. Boy I tell ya I could go on and on about our government but this is not the place for it.

You can thank Exxon and all the other big wigs of the industry for the prices. Did you ever look at the dramatic climb in their Profits since the prices have gone up. Its not supply and demand its greed that drives the prices for fuel up.

Too many bills, too many thing my wife wants too. I'm still wanting to show her some boats I want at Cabela's though.
Figure if I keep pestering her, she realize this is in her best interest and way to keep me outta the house, for hours and for her peace of mind.

I never thought I would get a welfare check, but that is what it exactly is. I'd rather see 150 billion dollars go to all our troops children college funds.
