I like mine !!! Mike is Awesome, he knows his stuff.. I have one more on the way, a 742 I believe.. It's for my wife. the one on the left is hers the other two are mine.. The other rods we have "Hendrix" don't have all the fancy stuff on them.. and they work just as good.. Custom means, custom if want all the bells and whistles..

Mike builds an Excellent Rod!

Remember, he builds each one himself, so you don't get a run of the mill rod.

Billy lefty there sure is light. I just hope she don't tap with her left foot now or those reels are going to get $$$$$. Nice to meet you guys and good luck at your tourneys. I am going to Big Sam for the Champs this week talk to you soon.

I bought an Ezee Jig rod from Mike. Really nice guy. I love his guarantee, can't beat that one. Can't wait to use it this weekend.

Well I rarely go on record promoting a particular product, but I had to make an exception in this case. About 3 months ago I purchased 2 Hendrix Rods, they have quickly become my "go-to" sticks. The quality and attention to detail is unmatched in my opinion. Mike is dedicated to his product and his customers. Grant and the staff are great. It's nice to find an organization dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. Wana know more about why I fish Hendrix sticks? Call me at my personal cell# 832-545-1405 and I'll tellya..

What are the IM-8s? How are they different?
I fish primarily for crappie/sandbass, but have been known to make the trek up 75 to Denison Dam for striper. What type rod would Mike suggest for me?

I just bought 2 IM8 hendrix rods and they are awesome. I bought a 7' heavy casting rod and a 6'6" MH spinning rod. The 7' weighs 4 oz and the 6'6" weighs 3.1 oz. I weighed them on my postal scale, they are crazy light. I got to use both of them this weekend and they are all i will buy from now on...
