I'm a new boater and I've been able to pick off a few fish but I was hoping for a fish dinner. Can anyone tell me where I can find a handful of bigger fish ?

Try fishing towards the shore near the island. He is right though, in March...get ready!

SSF,
When I still had my slip at Twin Coves the whites would occassionally show up at the very end of the docks as well as in the docks.
Also, the tire reefs in front of Silver Lake Marina sometimes worked this time of year. I would cast Tailhummers or Humdingers as close as I could to the tires, let the lure sink to the bottom, then use a jerking retrieve.
Other than that, watch for the birds.
