Hey guys. Where is the best place to buy good marine grade carpet. I want to try and match as closely as I can, but it does not have to be exact. I want the right carpet though so my hooks won't get tangled. All the stuff I see at Lowes and Home Depot has the loops. Even the indoor outdoor stuff. Thanks for the help.

I used these guys last year, http://www.bassboatcarpets.com/, it cost me about $350 for 20 feet it also came with a carpet knife and a how to manual. Shipped to the house in 2 or 3 days.

Bassboatcarpets gave me a good quote on some 20oz carpet for my 01 tracker TV-18 but I am concerned that the 20oz carpet will be to thick. What do y'all think?

I installed the 20oz. on my 99 Skeeter and it worked just fine. I beleave after about '95 20oz was standered. I think that it will work fine. If the lids are to tite you can use a pair of electical shears with a 1 or 2 gaurd and shave the carpet down on the hing side.
