KVD all the way....less greasy feeling and seems to last a bit longer.

I have used both and there is no comparison. KVD Line & Lure does wonders, Reel Magic does nothing.

thanks for the imput guys, i was going to get some reel magic cause academy carrys it but im just gonna go ahead and order some of KVDs from bass pro.

The KVD spray night before and also after use. As a bank fisherman, by reels ares subjected to dirt/mud and wide temp ranges in my car. I used to have to respool every few trips and the KVD spray has cut that in half (at least).

I've never used KVD Line&Lure, but I have used Reel Magic and it does work. I use it on spinning reels mainly, and it lets me cast at least 10% farther, maybe more. Less tangles, too. It may not work as well as KVD, but to say it does nothing just ain't so.

I have always used Reel Magic and been pleased with it. After hearing some of the Testimonies, I'll have to try KVD. Good to hear from you Joshua. How is school?
