Just wandering if anybody on the forum has ever fished The Slab for whites during the run. I just moved to LBJ and have heard that they get up the river that far. Does anybody know if there are better holes upriver or downriver from the Slab? Thanks!

Go down river appx. 1/2 mile where honey creek comes in. I hope the distance is close I havent lived there in about fifteen years but caught lots of whites in that location during the spring (around easter). GOOD LUCK

Thanks! I know it's probably too early, but I am headed out there now to see what I can stir up and scout some locations for the run. I'll report!
