Mostly Orange and Pink Trout power bait. I got the Chartreuse trout nibbles and only got one bite....Looks like I will have to try again next week!

Has anyone gone out this week? Wondering if the fishing has picked up?

I also wanted to know if there are any LMB in this pond too?

I went out there last Sat. morning for a couple of hours. I was the fool freezing his bum off in green North Texas t-shirt. I'd worked about 80hrs that week and missed the weather report...

I didn't have any luck, but I think I'm gonna try it again sometime on Mon(if it's not like blinding rain, do trout mind the rain?), don't know morning or afternoon yet. I thought it might be slightly less crowded and since I have the day off, all the better. I might actually break out the 4wt this time.

Has anyone gone out there last weekend after the second stocking? I wanted to see if it has gotten any better since the first stocking.

Also, has anyone night fished before for Trout?

I was out there on Sunday afternoon for an hour or so. Didn't get a bite or see anyone else catch any. However, I did see a cormorant gulp down one.

Went out yesterday for about an hour. Probably 10 people fishing - no one caught anything. I never got a bite. Used Super Dupers, Panther Martins, Berkley Nuggets, Salmon Eggs, and Kernel Corn. Someone said they did not stock the pond on Thursday due to all the rain - not sure about that though.

Thanks for the info guys! I have only caught 1 out there this year so far. I don't think there are that many fish in that pond anyway. Even people fishing for Cats or Bass when I have been out there haven't had any luck either...

I was out there the first day they stocked it and they put in 276 rainbow trout. I don't know about this past Thursday. But, there are fish in there. They just aren't biting very good due to this lousy weather.

Where are the aerators in the pond and how deep is it in the middle ? I only have caught 1 trout out there this year. Every time I'm there i might only see 1 other person catching anything. Maybe this pond is too pressured.

There isn't an aerator in the pond, it just has that fountain. As far as the depth.....I heard it was around 12 to 14 ft. deep(don't quote me on it).
