Was looking at the various jigs on the Black Angel website. Noticed the Vicious fluorocarbon line at a heck of a good price. Don't know anything about this line. What can you tell me especially at this time of year about the memory of this line? Thanks in advance.

I know you asked about the fluorocarbon and I have not used it yet but I started using copolymer from Vicious this fall in 12, 15 and 20lb and have had no memory issues at all. I like the price on the 660 yard dispenser packs.

I have been using the Vicious 15# Fluoro for about a month and have had no issues with memory. I do use the KVD LIne & Lure on it occasionally. I can put up with some memory due to the price. About half the price of the BPS XPS fluoro.

Copolymer and Fluoro are great lines. Low memory, strong and cast great.

i prefer the copolymers as opposed to the flouros... castablity and durability are my main concerns.
Larry. check out Izorline XXX Copolymer on ebay... you can pick up a 1000 yd spool pretty darn cheap.

That is exactly what I am going to try. I had a stockpile of line I needed to use and I am about thru it so it is time to try Vicious.

I have been trying the Vicious this fall & realy like it.
It seems to have less memory & more castability than other flouro's that I have used. But it still has good abrasion resistance & knot strength.
I have been using the 20# 15# 12# 10# 8#. And I am very pleased with the quality & price.

I swear to the stuff. I was tired of paying crazy amounts for line, and anytime I can buy 550 yards for 15 bucks I am all in, and I am not saying this because I carry it. Who cares where you get it from, as long as you try it. One thing I have noticed though is the 10lb line didnt work really well on spinning gear, if you want to use vicious on spinning gear I suggest to go with 8lb or even 6. These weights are just as stong as 10 if not a little stronger. www.blackangeljigs.com

I'm very happy with the vicious line as well. Using the copolymer for spinnerbaits and carolina rigs and the flouro for all my bottom bouncing baits.
