It looks like a small, pale-finned ( Murky water maybe? ) mirror to me.

Although...looking at it very closely...You might be right, Guillermo.

I didn't pay much attention to the Dorsal fin earlier, and now that I am...it doesn't look right.

they have a few species that look like carp over there. some with and some without barbels.

gonna take some dough out there and give it a shot. Gonna get some corn sent over here by the wife too. The water is very murky, and just the little ones seem to like the Gulp! bait I am using right now. Thanks for the tips.

Try throwing 2 or so hand fulls of corn in the water, and cast in to the chumed area.

You might use koolade, jello or even red soda pop in the
corn or on your bread.
If you can talk the cook out of some vinalla extract the
carp love that.
