I am going to be spending the next few weeks in Harlingen. I would love to catch a few reds/flounder/trout while I'm here. Are there any good wading spots or are there any good guides I could hire? I had to leave my boat in Ft. Worth.

There's wading put in spots all around, Port Mansfield, the park at Arroyo City, Port Isabel, and all up and down the bay side at the island.
There's a fleet of guides, check around for references...

Anybody have Cisneros' phone number? I've checked his website, and I can't find how to contact him. Louis
