Paraisos in Zapata. Huge, I have been there at least 10 times and still have not been able to finish one of them served with rice beans and you can even add cheese on top of the gravy.

Mary's in Strawn is the finest one I've had. They started out tip-top and then they kind of fell apart. Lately, they're right back on the money. HWY 16 north of I20 about 4 miles. Try it.
