Trying to find a place to go CW dancing with friends in the SA area. Ages are 40's and 50's. Don't want to go to the big clubs like Cowboys or Midnight Rodeo. Prefer to stay in our age group and away from the 20 somethings. Any suggestions?
If people focused on important issues, there would be a shortage of fishing poles.  My son-in-law proudly serves

A little far from San Antonio, but the Cotton Club in Granger is great for a Sunday evening. Music starts about 5 pm. Great houseband with open mike jam session. Normally a lot of austin-based musicians/singers. Good two-stepping music(not that bad rock & roll they play on mainstream radio). Most of the house band has played in road bands with people like Johnny Bush, George Strait, Darrell McCall, Gene Watson and Ray Price. Place also has a good restaurant menu with everything from burgers to steaks.

Greune Hall is great or if you don't mind driving The Broken Spoke up in Austin is awesome and has a great chicken fried steak too.

He's right. The Broken Spoke is a pretty cool spot, too.
