progator is the toughest hull ive ever seen, saw one in leroys shop for repairs, it was knocked off the trailer in downtown dallas and only had minor jell coat, another friend of mine had one too many silver bullets and drove his up on the ramp at grapevine doing about 30 and the same thing, this is by far the thickest hull ive ever seen and the only one i know of that has a 10 year stump warranty and before you ask yes i biught one in 2006

It looks like they've eleminated their splash well, which is a good thing.

The new model has me pumped as I biasly believe it meets all the things a tournament fisherman needs.

Time will tell. Every boat has a good platform for the most part, but time will tell if it has "Legs". I've seen way too many transom problems in these boats for number of few boats they have out there to be really sold on them. Hopefully, they have it figured out. Once the new ones are out there for 4-5 years, I will reavalutate them and decide.

Been hearing about a 21 footer by them for some time now. I really like my 99 Progator. It is the 19 ft model with a 200 Mercury. Heavy boat but it rides well in rough water and fishes great. The front deck is huge and the livewells could hold a whale. Even if I get a new boat, I will be keeping the Gator for Fork.

I spoke to the Moore's about your reply to this post and they will be contacting you regarding thier transoms.
There may be some confusion as they have been manufacturing boats for several decades and have no idea of transom problems.
I have heard of several boats that use some derivations of gator in thier names but there is only one ProGator.

Hi to all!! This is Donna ( Hi RC!!!)
Zara - I have some more pics for you.... Please email tomorrow so that I can send them to you...
To clarify the info about the transoms. We were one of the first to build the fiberglass transoms and we do build our own transoms right here at our plant... and have not had any transom problems..... that we know of...
We have had boats hit from behind in car accidents totalled trailers, damaged motors & had gel coat fractures but not so much as any damage to transom or stringer system..... We stand behind our boat 100%..... We sincerely thank all of our customers for the support that we receive and wish that we could do so much more to support all of you.... Our day is coming!!!!!
Sincerely,
Donna, Leroy & Loraine

How much is the hull going to weigh when finished? Sounds like it could be on the heavy side.
