Me and my son got on the water at 4:50 and fish till 6:00 .He had to git back to witch a football game at birdville. We ended up with 16 with 14 being keepers.

I'm curious are fishing in the marina at your dock or are you fishing main lake docks.

east or west north or south probably 6 to 12 ?

South 1 ft to 12 ft. Most coming from 2 to 4 ft. Casting up to the bank and hopping the jig back one foot at a hop, back to the boat just like fishing with a plastic worm for bass.

Hey Mark, Glad to hear the crappie are showing up for you. Are you still chasing the Sandies? Last week I went to Roberts and caught 100+ sandies with 75 keepers. I'm flying til the 19th then I plan on going back up there when I get home. Hopefully the weather will stay nice.

If your boy is askin' then it's time for some fishing. I started fishing when I was about 3 years old. Kids hooked on fishing that's what it is all about. Good job Mark. Keep up the good fishing.
