Put the ultimate bunk boards on my trailer unloaded the boat with just the very back edge of board in water. Going to have to be very careful with these. If my roller and wench wasn't in the way I could have put it in the bed of the truck when I loaded it. Very much worth the money.

just be careful when unloading. on steeper ramps, if the winch strap is unhooked, your boat could launch itself on the ramp instead of in the water. I've seen that done!

Yes, be very careful. You don't want an excuse to come see me! When people come to see me, it is for one of two things: Something bad has happened to their boat To talk hunting, fishing, and have a beer
Normally it is the first one.
So be careful. And make sure you keep your boat buckled down in the back. If not, you do a jackrabbit start at a red light, and you may not have a boat on your trailer when you get to the lake!

I did a search on google for "ultimate bunk boards", and it seems that somebody at that company (the owner?) has been posting fake enthusiastic endorsements at different boating and fishing websites across the country. He got caught on this website: http://boards.trailerboats.com/cgi-bin/trailerboats/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=7;t=000290

Well I'm not the owner of the company but they are slick. They look about like those recycled plastic boards they are using to build decks out of nowdays. When your lake is as low as Meredith is you will be looking for something like this.

I sprayed my bunk boards down with armorall one time for easy launching and about 2 weeks later I fished a tourney and forgot to warn my partner, he unhooked the bow and proceeded to back me down the ramp, yep, he hit the brakes and I was sittin in the boat on the ramp 6ft from the water, what a morning that was.

I just installed them on my boat also. It is much easier to load & unload, but I do worry that I will forget & unhook the winch before backing in.
