I'VE BEEN THINKING OF ADDING A FOOT TRAY TO MY G3 AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAD DONE THIS ON A TIN BOAT. I'VE EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT UPGRADING TROLLING MOTORS AND GOING WITH A HAND CONTROL TO FREE UP SOME ROOM. PRO VS. CONS???

TAKE A KID FISHING, YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO KEEP THEM OUT OF TROUBLE LATER!!!

I just recarpeted the front deck on my boat (Tracker TV18) and in doing so I removed the front deck plate completely. I had previously thought about installing a foot tray, but after looking under the deck and seeing that it would probably involve cutting one of the aluminum crossmember supports to have the tray where I wanted it, I don't think I would do it on my boat. You might want to remove that front deck plate on your boat and take a look before you decide.
