Fish Charmer, Glad you made it home ok. Lavon hasn't got the bad reputation that Lewisville has, but it kills almost as many people each year. It's dangerous because people "feel" safe when it's just as mean as any other lake. Thanks for the photographic reminder.

i went to joe pool yesterday the water was the same if not worse but i had a good day of fishing

It was bad for sure. That pic was taken while I was anchored up by the discharge, protected from the big waves. I saw a guy with a swamped boat on the shore by the Pebble Beach ramp as I drifted FAST past that point. Hope it was nobody here.
