Anyone know a good rod builder? Need a pistol grip rod built for my wife, I know pistol grip. have bought her St Croix and Loomis. The St Croix have broken twice, both times on the first time out.

I can build her a rod just the way you want it. I still do the pistol grip rods also.

Check out www.shakedownrods.com !! Stan makes some Awesome rods and is a great guy !!  Here are a few he has built for me all are St. Croix Avids with split grips and custom cork work !!

I have seven rods form Texas Sidewinder. Kit is great to deal with and he will build you what you want at a fair price.

One on a hook set, the other was pulling a 3-4lber out of shallow grass. The bass started to dive, in three feet of water and then snap! She pulled the fish to the boat, but as I was reaching down to grab it the rod broke the line.
