thx bill , i going to get me one of those skinners but i dont think the glove will be needed ( im hispanic lol) ive been doing basically the same but with pliers hopefully the skinners will be more efficient thx again

i fillet them, dont even get to them guts. usually if there biger then 15lbs then ill cut the belly and fillet it too.

fillet after leaving on ice overnight. Firms em up and makes it easier.

Well, I skin, just like frying up whole cats. I'm not good enough to not waste meet when fileting.

I filet most of mine, when I have a lot of smaller ones, I will skin them whole to fry or make a gravy with.

I fillet mine also. I know you waste meat, but you save time.

Fishin' Nut schooled me on the art of using an electic fillet knife on cats...Quick and Easy. I'll be shopping for one this weekend.
