Started out today at 7 and checked a few spots but not much luck.
Got on a few plastic condo's at about 9 or so and started catching a few. Had about 10 keepers in the boat and moved to another condo. We torem up there for a while.......... found a few white bass and decided it was time to go to another spot.......... ended up with 35 keepers and we managed to keep a couple whites. We could have limited out but decided to let some of the 10's go. Let my fishin partner for the day keep the fish....... I am stocked to the brim . Any other reports out there?

I'm always in a good mood when I'm fishing.

Good job kooby. Love those plastic condos. Gotta couple to put out there myself.

Keep on fishing.

We had a great day. We felt like fish in the skillet tho but it was well worth it. The best part of the trip, I found some old house foundations from the old town of Friendship on the sonar along with some old road beds. I took some pictures and I will post them soon.

thanks for the reports koby. Those old foundations always amaze people when I show them to people on the sounder. You would be surprised at how many people do not know that they was actaully a town/community called Friendship that is now under water.

So yall catch any fish around the foundations? I know about Friendship, but have never spent much time in that area.

I love history and I have read as much as I can find on the internet about the lake and it's short history. I didn't fish the area, I was just mapping. Nothing like floating above a ghost town! smile I didn't see much bait fish around the area tho.

In the past I have chased a few whites there schooling, but not much else. Most of the time its pretty dry fishing around there. It wouldn't be a bad spot for some structure, but then everyone would know exactly where it is. smile That is, if you you know how to read your sounder.

My father-in-law went to School in Friendship! He said there wasn't much there but he knows the lake very well.
