Thinking about going to Fayette this weekend, anyone have any tips? I've really only been there 2-3 times and haven't done very well. Looking for any info or tips on the lake.

Given that its a power plant lake have the bass started to move into the shallows for fall feeding yet or does it need a couple more weeks to get cooler.

Thanks.

My dad was there last week and they caught some shollow at first light. Then move to deeper water and did ok there but they did find fish schooling and did better that way. The schoolies can be picky, so try multiple lures untill you find what they are wanting. Tops, traps, spoons, and swimbait all will get them to bite but you never know what they want. Good luck hers my email morristarrjr@swbell.net for more info
