Was at Dunlop last Thursday saw the 2 trees, there were no markers. If it was after dark with no lights they would have been hard to see.

The "Captain" of that boat should be fully responsible for his/her passengers. Ski boat? 9:00 PM at night? Alcohol involved? Do ya think?

Maybe they should remove all trees from the lakes so we can run as fast as we want in the dark? It's their fault if I hit a tree they didn't remove. Hey I hit a large boulder just under water last winter and took out my lower unit, let me see now who I can make responsible and get my repair money back! Authorities should have had it marked don't you think!

Dont run in unfamiliar water. If you dont know it, take it easy. I'm with roadrunner. Why would a ski boat be on the lake at 9pm? Not fishing with 7 people aboard.

Exactly, no need to be running fast(I guarantee you they were) through an area you dont know. Alcohol? I'd say so..

There are no markers or signs for this tree. It covers about 3/4 of the river and it should have been removed 6 weeks ago. Its sad that somebody has to be hurt before action will be taking to remove this tree.
