 Great 30 minutes at Joe Pool

fished from 10am - 1pm with only 3 dink LMB caught. Decided to try some crappie fishing under the bridge to escape the heat and eat a sandwich. Got 2 dzn minnows and lost them all in 30 minutes under the bridge by the marina. Caught 3 over 13"s and most all others were legal. Threw them all back, so should be there for next time.

How do you know they where over 13in.? Did you measure them withTheFishTaco?

I have a tape on the side of my boat; however, it looks like the fish taco would have save one of my 13" keepers as it decided to slip back into the water from the side of the boat, vs moving to the live well.

You are correct herrpfeil, it would have help you. Not only in saving your fish, but it keeps your hands from getting cut, finned, and slimmy.
