When do the lakes here in Texas start to turn over?

i couldn't tell ya when they typically turn over but Belton is turning over now.

I would say early to mid summer. You should be able to tell by drinking your tap water...

have heard that it is when the warm temp. on the lower half of the lake and the water temp. on the top half get fairly closer together is when it will turn over, just what i've heard, lol
