Does the H2O have the ability to enter a GPS coordinate, and then "go to"? I am having trouble finding a known spot, and wanted to input the coordinates directly, and let it show me the way. I have not found this in the manual, but then again, they lost me in the advanced operation part.

Thanks,
Trophyhunter

It may be necessary to change the Coordinate System to the format you have. To do this press Menu twice and select GPS Setup. Then select Coordinate System and select the format you want. I.E. Degrees, Degrees/Minutes, or Deg/Min/Sec. Exit back out.

Press ENT. You will get a choice of 6 items. Cursor down to Entered POS. Press ENT. Press ENT again to Create. You can then enter Latitude and Longitude. This was all accomplished in the Advanced Mode, so it may be necessary to switch to that Mode.

There is another method. With your present position acquired, press the ENT button twice. The unit will tell you it is saving the position as some number, i.e. the next default number. Then go into Find and Waypoints and select the number from saved waypoints. You can then edit the position, name, and symbol by moving the cursor to the right or left and selecting what you want to do.
