3000 acres? Wow, he must be loaded. How much did he pay for 3000 acres? That had to have been at least a million bucks. A cheap acre these days is $1000-1500. Not to mention you hardly ever see 3000 acres being sold at once. Is he looking to sell any parts of the land?

hmmmm 3000 x 1000 = 3,000,000 even 3000 x 2000 = 6,000,000

I've seen acreage sold for $50 an acre but not in such a large plot, usually only 40-50 acres at a time.

BTW, 3000x1000 = 3,000,000

He could be renting or leasing.

Nice, that looks alot like Marshall Creek. What type of x case did you explode, the 231? Or was that an upgraded atlas or something?

Those pics were at Gilmer. Yea it was the NP231. I never upgraded to an Atlas because of all the other mod's as you can see. I was ready to play with this thing and never had the chance to upgrade before getting rid of it.
