3000 acres? Wow, he must be loaded. How much did he pay for 3000 acres? That had to have been at least a million bucks. A cheap acre these days is $1000-1500. Not to mention you hardly ever see 3000 acres being sold at once. Is he looking to sell any parts of the land?

Not to mention you hardly ever see 3000 acres being sold at once. Is he looking to sell any parts of the land? hmmmm 3000 x 1000 = 3,000,000 even 3000 x 2000 = 6,000,000 quite a bit over a million

I've seen acreage sold for $50 an acre but not in such a large plot, usually only 40-50 acres at a time.
BTW, 3000x1000 = 3,000,000

Those pics were at Gilmer. Yea it was the NP231. I never upgraded to an Atlas because of all the other mod's as you can see. I was ready to play with this thing and never had the chance to upgrade before getting rid of it.
