I have a Lowrance 332 on the bow of my boat, but I keep getting interference when I start the TM. What sensitivity % is best to set the sonar?

First off what trolling motor do you have?

Sensitivity is a fluid thing. If you are using the unit for fishing and need to get target separation you will need to change it as you change locations. I'd put it on manual run it up real high then back off until I got what I wanted. I'd also change the ASP to see if that helped. However, tmotor interference sometimes has to be taken care of in other ways.

Thanks for the help. I have a Minnkota 101 w/ the universal transducer. The problem is when I'm in 20-30 ft of water and hit the TM. I get lines down the graph that I assume is interference. I thought that by changing the sensitivity that it would help the problem???

Route the transducer cable *and* power cord as far from the trolling motor cables as possible.

Is the unit powered by your TM battery?

I'll have to re-check the cables and power cords. I'm pretty sure the graph is powered by the cranking battery.
