Last time I bought a spool of McCoys was at the Minnow Bucket and they didn't have any the last few trips. I tried BPS in Garland and Academy in Mesquite and had no luck.

Who carries McCoys around the East side of Dallas to Lake Fork?

Everybody has better prices then Barlow's.
It's just more convenient for me.

I don't like going to almost downtown Dallas to get stuff from Southwestern Parts.

It's just good line.Low memory,low stretch and somewhat good abrasion resistance.

Barlow's carries the mini bulk spools. 900 to 1000yds depending on the line test.

Thanks Skeeterhawk thats what I meant by the filler spools - I didnt remember how much line came on them.
I buy the 3000 yard spools as I use a lot of line and there seems to be less waste.

I have used "McCoy Mean Green" line for about ten years now.
Its a copolymere line - like Silver thread and others on the market.
I dont know that it's any better or worse then any other line.
I like it because it is consistantly good line.
It has never failed me, it is strong, limp, and does not seem to hold as much memory as others I have tried.

Cabelas and you can get on line as well.

I have been looking for a change on some of my rigs. I am going to order some and try it out. Thanks!
