For those of you that use the Lock'n Stow, something to save the cups the motor rest on is to go to Lowes and get two 1" rubber stoppers. They just fit inside the cups and when you lower the motor, it will rest against and wear out the rubber stoppers rather than the rubber/plastic cups that come on the Lock'n Stow. Saw this on BBC and so far looks to work great and they are cheap. You can find the stoppers in the metal drawers in the area they keep the stainless bolts/nuts/washers and other hardware. If the rubber/plastic cups that are on your Lock'n Stow are worn out, simply give them a call and they will send you replacements free.
