Speaking of which..... I was out looking for a new pair of fishing shorts and saw these, liked them, but wanted YOUR opinion as to whether they would look good on me? What do ya think? So's that a waxing gibbous moon there. John, I think me an' Clyde would rather jus' wait for the regular ol' moon.

I think those would go great with some of the rainbow trout you've been talking about.

Now that's interesting, Stillhouse is 30.57 feet over pool and Belton is 29.57 feet over pool. So what does this mean? It means in three days Stillhouse will be closer to pool level than Belton will be.

So I dusted off my crystal ball and am ready to make the following predictions...
Lake Proctor could be back to pool levels shortly after labor day, however since they are not letting out as much water as they were a few weeks ago I would not get worked up about it.
Lake Belton looks on track to be at pool level the week after Martin Luthor King day, though it might be sooner if they keep releasing water at their current rate, I have a dream that we will be fishing there in January!
Stillhouse Hollow Lake Could be at pool level Before Thanksgiving, which just might be something else to give thanks for.
Don't get spooked if Georgetown lake is at pool level a few weeks after Halloween!
It would be a wonderful present to us all if Granger lake was at pool level a few weeks before Christmas!
Don't forget that these are best guesstimates based on previous lake drop levels and they could change radically if the lakes start dropping faster or slower, or should we receive copious amounts of rain!
