Mini aussie. Very smart. She's a sweet dog. Good with kids.

Either my in-laws, PGR, or my neighbor comes over and takes care of our two.

I aw someone with their dog in the ER the other day. It's gotten out of hand.

Any hotel I stay at will have a dog. Hell I even saw one in Walmart the other day. They've made it into the grocery stores now.

I've seen them in HEB - IN the cart with their rear end sitting down in the cart. I wouldn't want any of my groceries in that cart after a dog rubbed their rear around on it. An employee told me they aren't allowed to do/say anything about it. It's crazy.

We have the brother and sister German shepherds and a 125 lb Great Pyrenees. They travel well for about an hour, but the female shepherd likes the front passenger seat and wants to be there. The males travel well, but the longest trip we've made is the 35 miles to Del Rio. Shepherds go to the back yard to do their business and then the Pyrenees gets to go, other wise there are problems there.

Never took my dogs on vacation, other than to the lake house. I wish I had Preema. She loved to go ride in a car and she was great with people. Mom has taken Pretzel on one trip so far in the four weeks she's had her. She did very well she said. Now that Mom is in her 70's I like the fact that Pretzel is with her. I think it keeps her mind more active while driving and Pretzel can alert people if something is wrong. This dog is one of the very smartest I've ever seen, aside from Preema (Preema used to alert people when I had fallen and couldn't get up).
