Sopchoppy,Fl....nothing there except couple stores on highway and a worm farm around there someplace.... Tucumcari,New Mexico...expected to see tumbleweeds rolling down the street and all I saw was old 1940's and 50's motels on route 66....Marty Milner and Geoge Maharis were long gone by the time I got there.... Moose Jaw,Saskatchewan....wasn't sure what to expect but I thought there might be a statue of a moose and there was.....a great big one.... Medicine Hat,Alberta....figured there would be some Indians wandering around and all I saw was a sign proclaiming it to be "the oil and gas city".... Chicken,Alaska....is a combo restaurant, cafe, bar and souvenir shop with big sign out front that says "free wifi"...everything closes and everybody leaves in winter except 8-10 people and the bar stays open for them....they wanted to name the town Ptarmigan but nobody could spell it so they just named it "Chicken"... Hannibal.Missouri...if you ever read Tom Sawyer and didn't get the urge to build you a raft and float down the Miss. river, something might be wrong with you...Always wanted to see Hannibal but wasn't too keen on the raft part so I got me a boat and went to see it...and Samuel Clemons (statue) was standing on the bank and watching me go by... anybody else got towns/places they always wanted to visit..

I was just in Uncertain. I grew up in Waterproof, Louisiana. Towns near there that no longer exist were Azucena and Cooter Point.

If you get on Google maps and look around, you'll find all kind of weird places.
In Texas alone: Seven Sisters, Comfort, Raisin, Iraan, Lazbuddie, etc.
Be safe, Rayzor ![[Linked Image]](http://i418.photobucket.com/albums/pp267/JLedbetter/th_Boatpics036.jpg) 2001 Triton Tx-21/225 Mercury EFI
