Lowes 20-0-0..............24.98 / 40 lb. bag.
Site One 21-0-0...........21.35 / 50 lb. bag.......25% more fertilizer for about 15 % less money.

FYI.............I`ve been getting my ammonium sulphate fertilizer at Lowes the past 3 seasons because of convenience. I was going past the Weatherford Site One today, so I checked their price on their 21-0-0 and it was a much better deal for 25% more fertilizer. The actual nitrogen % of the Lowes fertilizer has gotten less the past 3 years while the price stayed the same. Did they not think anyone would notice confused 3? You just have to go online and open an account to get it at their best price. I set up an account a few years ago and it is simple to do. If you happen to use some other type of fertilizer.........................Carry On.

I’ve been buying K8 15-5-10 from my local feed store and the prices have stayed consistent the past few seasons.

Lowes is convenient but AMS in 50lbs bags at $20-25ish isn't that hard to find typically. My Nutrien has pallets of it for the farmers and will sell to walk in people like me. I don't have a Siteone close.

Late April is perfect timing for GrubEX.

I'm noticing my bermuda is getting brown spots on the leaves. We are very water logged from all the rain up here. Any idea what's going on?

Could be fungus/disease starting to set in. With all the rain we are going to have a lot of mornings with heavy dew, warmer temps, high humidity coming and that sets up for some issues. I'm going to link these from DMO. You might find the F-Stop cheaper at Atwoods. If not order from that link or look for cheaper somewhere online. You will for sure find the Bio cheaper at HD/Lowes. Spray the F-Stop now and the Bio in 2-3 weeks after. Pay attention to what the sq feet each covers. F-Stop is only 1500 so if your lawn is large it's not going to wallet friendly. The Bio covers 5k.

Looks like leaf spot. You could apply Headway G. Or go with Scott's Disease EX (on sale on Amazon for $20 right now) and spray the Bio. I'd spray the Bio let it dry for a couple hours then spread the Scotts. Headway is both of those products combined in a singular granular.

Put 10 yards of compost over the yard first week in March and so far, yard has been great. I think it will take several years to get the soil back to where it needs to be. Have some yellow spots but no fungus yet (knock on wood). I really believe organic is the way to go. I never subscribed to it before but I am seeing the benefits with my own eyes. The thing is they say once you decide to try organic, do not put any chemicals on the yard. My mother uses boiling water with vinegar to get rid of weeds and corn meal to treat brown patch, etc. In my yard, so far, so good.
