Never had that with any of my jeeps. Ram trucks and f250s are the 2 vehicles I think of with the death wobble.
GM has the Chevy shake. Problem with solid axles, though I'm on my 3rd F250 and never experienced it.

Tons of times. Jeeps will do it, Ford super duty's will do it.

My 2014 F350 would do it. Finally had the front end rebuilt with new tie rods, shocks etc..can't remember what else. End of the day it cost me about $3500 or so.

Back in the early 1950's, Ford pickups with kingpin suspension would death wobble. The strange thing about it, the wobble would only start at a specific speed. Seems like the one I had wobbled at about 45mph and would stop if you slowed down or sped up.

I have. It’s common when the cheap factory [censored] wears out at 5000 miles. Haha. It’s much worse when they get lifted and have heavy tires. The only fix is to replace everything that has any sort of bushing in it. Steering “stabilizers” don’t fix the problems. They somewhat hide the issue…till it’s too worn out. Then it’s full on expensive.

Just spent $1,950 yesterday for a R&R on my ‘08 F250 for a failing and rapidly deteriorating front end that finally developed a slight wobble. Practically all the ball joints and pivot points were shot including: tie rods, drag link, pitman, and steering stabilizer…

Behind a F250 in Temple on 35. Noticed a crazy bed bounce. At first I thought it was just a roof road. Got in the left lane and passed him. Looked like the front end was going to come apart. Not sure how he was driving that thing at close to 70. Fortunately the left lane was open. I got by him as quick as I could.

My old 92 dodge cummins 3/4 ton did it if I hit a pot hole just right. Replaced the whole front end but left the lift in it. Still did it. Took the lift out and has not happened again.
I think it happens with cheap lifts and is exacerbated by worn out front end parts.
