I don’t understand why Garmin would care so much about what BASS does?

Do they really get that many sells from BASS and MLF? I guess so?


Personally, I didn’t buy any of my electronics or tackle based on advertising from BASS or MLF.
All of my electronics were purchased based on help from Garmin electronics page on the BBC.
And my tackle from Tacticalbassin, The HookUp Tackle and a couple of other YouTube channels
I frequent.
Maybe I’m alone in this but neither one of those organizations have influenced my fishing other than
to show me how much I suck at it. But I already kinda knew that anyway.

I guess they’ve done their research, and they’ve found that tournament fishing drives sales.

Should be banned in tourneys. Fishing is about competing against an adversary you cannot see. LS is fine except competition.

Banning tournaments in the spring as well then? Can’t have guys sight fishing. Also have to ban fishing around hydrilla, we all know the fish will be in it.

You still can’t see it. No one has a problem with 360 imaging, down and side imaging. The same whiner are still gong to lose even if the “flat brimmers” don’t have it .

As little as we fish, might as well ban it year round.

Hell, they could give me 5 FFS transducers & graphs and it would do me no good whatsoever. They could spot me 4 fish and 5 FFS graphs and I’d still lose. But….some of us can admit that we suck with & without it!
