I salute you with a toast my friend. We keep these around for the just in case days. I am on a 3 day a week dose of MiraLax. I salute you with a toast my friend. We keep these around for the just in case days. I am on a 3 day a week dose of MiraLax. Hide the GentaleLax in your coffee and it goes down easily. I can chug one of those with almost no results. Honestly, I have colonoscopy preps I can take that doesn't do much. The mineral oil works better than anything for me. Warm prince juice is ok too, but man it's nasty.

Have a friend with these issues. It's so bad he's nearly always in severe pain and the Dr's he's seen haven't helped. Since I went on the Carnivore diet my "habits" have really improved.

It's literally the one thing my dr suggests I don't do is carnivore. Not till this gets resolved anyways. The pain is strange, the areas where it hurts are not what you would think anyways.

Has your doctor recommended you take psyllium husk at the same time as all that other stuff? Psyllium really acts counter to laxatives and softeners. It bulks things up and makes it come out all at once. If you are already constipated that is definitely not what you want more of.
