I’ve had only one my entire life it left me flopping around on the floor like a fish out of water paramedics hospital the whole nine yards . All stemmed from being overwhelmed , stressed out , over analyzing/thinking , trying to fix things that were out of my control. NEVER AGAIN ! Apply little Nicky’s method ! Fukk it ! It works on everything give it a try next time you’ve done everything in your power to rectify a situation apply the [censored] it method and mentally let it go . Seriously Life changing stuff . Ps I’ll be expecting my check in the mail

Answer? There is no answer. It's the human condition.
A condition that'd send 80% of y'all to the hospital. A walking nightmare of existence. If you think you have a strong soul. You'll find out after it's been tested.
Some guys don't make it back. The pain is too much. The ones left standing. They seriously don't want to hear about you having to use an air mattress.

Like several have said, first you gotta find out if it's physiological or mental and then go from there. Best of luck to you.
The mind is a big and weird place. it's hard to get out of your own head sometimes.

Will be praying for you Sir. Jesus Christ will be with you through this tough time in your life. Take each day "One day at a time". Keep your Primary Care Doctor advised of your condition. You will get better!

You need to go have a thorough cardiac work up.... Echo... Stress test.... MRI... Eliminate an actual heart issue.... DEFINITELY worth the effort....saved my life.

Play card games or word games on your phone. As soon as you feel the weirdness....get to the games. And talk to yourself. Tell yourself that it's happening. If you have a significant other, let them know asap and just go lay down and talk about it. Avoid caffeine and energy drinks It’s interesting you say this- I had a time years back when I was struggling with this and board games really seemed to help me.

I've had "Covid" or something like it twice within a month, it was a horrible time for sure. Spent most of it either in bed or on the toilet. Still have a cough with little to no energy. My BIGGEST issue now is I'm getting what I would call panic attacks. Heart starts racing and I feel like I need to do something quickly but can't figure-out what I need to do to calm down. Happens anytime of day and even starting as I type this. Took half a Xanax early today but had take the other half later.
Anyone deal with this crapola? I had a small version of this a couple years back but it just ended on it's own. Too much liquor can definitely add to it. I use Xanax as needed and propranolol helps as well. Hope you figure something out that works for you b/c it can ruin your day for sure!

My neighbors wife gets those panic attacks all the time. This is what she does to calm herself down. Don't know whether it works or not, but it's free. Give er a whirl! https://www.youtube.com/shorts/26bRuXsol7wI get wild anxiety, this is exactly what I do to help.

4x4 breathing, used it at nursing school before exams although I was skeptical, I gave it a shot and it worked like a champ to get my test anxiety to low or eliminated.

Many have reached out and offered support and suggestions, all are appreciated.
I haven't had a drink in over a year, really don't miss it. Miss more of hanging out with ppl at the local watering hole more than anything. Dang sure don't miss the hangovers, though I hardly ever drank to get drunk. Since I've retired (worked in medical so couldn't) I enjoy the devil's lettuce. Just wish it was legal in Texas.
